Open Question: Windows 7 computer running slow and freezes?
Hello. It has only got to be two weeks ago that I bought a brand new PC with a Intel i3 Core possessor. I got it home and it seemed fine. After about a week it started acting a little strange. It would seem to freeze and programs would get stuck. When I right click something it freezes and has to close the folder down. And the very annoying thing is that when I try and access 'My Computer' it won't load. The loading bar at the top goes all the way to the end and just stops, and goes no further. None of the hard drives, disk drives etc. show up. As I say, I don't really know why it's doing this. I have got the new Norton 360 Version 4 internet security and no viruses so that's not the problem. But now even Norton freezes. I expected this computer to be fast as it's got an i3 possessor, but I have other computers with an Intel D possessor in it and it runs faster. I am very disappointed but don't have time to take it back at the minute Hope you can help and will provide additional details if needed.
