Open Question: Any ways to improve Call of Duty MW3 performance?
I'm curious to know if there is any good software or tips to improving game performance. I have Call of Duty MW3 but I've had problems from the start. First thing I'm going to say is my computer is probably not really made to play this game. It's a Intel Pentium 4 3.0Ghz, with a Nvidia GeForce4 MX4000, and 1.5GB Ram, And trust me, I know that's old. Every time I tried opening the game it would say my video card didn't support alpha blending and stuff like that, heaps of error messages. It took Swift Shader 3.0 and Game Booster 3 to even get the game running, I'm surprised it even ran. But it is impossible to do anything because the lag is so bad, even moving the mouse cursor is way too hard. So I wanted to know if anyone new any tricks, or could give some advice. And if all you can come up with is "your computer's too old" then tell me, I need this information. Just tell me anything you know. Thanks P.S I'm planning to get a new computer soon anyway, you've probably seen my post. So if the process takes time, then it doesn't matter, I just want to play MW3 now, not later when I get my new computer
