Voting Question: Can i get out of my cell phone contract w/o penalties?
I now have AT&T and I must say that it is the worst cell phone service ever. I am not trying to get out of my contract because i simply can't afford it, I am trying to get out of it because I am paying 120.00 for Sh*tty service Which is very very irritating. I have a 3 year old daughter and I constantly worry about her safety. Please, does anyone know how to get out of a contract for poor service. Here are examples of my issues..... I call my cell phone 10 times and it doesn't ring, I have full bars so I can't see why it won't ring. I got a text message @ 7:30 am and when i checked it, the message said 6:30. I got my text message and hour later. Once again... Full bars. This is a recurring issue. Customer service doesn't help for nothing..
